Primary care is general and preventive care for you and your family. Providers may offer video and telephone appointments in addition to in-person care.

Schedule an in-person or video appointment for

  • Primary care support for preventive and chronic care needs
  • Evidence-based care and treatment, follow up care, and medical advice based on scientific research
  • Shared decision making and communication between you and your care team
  • Health coaching to help you manage your own healthcare
  • Coordination with your primary care provider, your specialists, and you

Primary care providers are your main provider in non-emergency situations. Your primary care team will:

  • Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and illnesses
  • Work together with your specialty care providers to manage recurring and chronic medical problems such as asthma, congestive heart failure and diabetes
  • Provide preventive healthcare
  • Treat and provide education for risk factors
  • Teach healthy lifestyle choices
  • Offer immunizations

Pediatric care is available for children 18 years old and under. Some commonly treated conditions include:

  • Well-child checks
  • General medical care
  • Allergies
  • Back-to-school and sports physicals
  • Childhood illnesses
  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Fevers
  • Sports-related injuries
